What does Strongman training involve?
It goes beyond just lifting heavy weights. Strongman is a sport that requires strength, physical and mental endurance, perseverance, technical proficiency, and most of all, dedication.
Throughout your training sessions with WRFS, you will be introduced to a wide range of exercises, including:
Deadlifts
Squats
Log press
Farmer's walks
Monster dumbbell pressing
Yoke walks
Sandbag carry and throw
and many more!
