Personal training

1 to 1 sessions with me, bespoke to your goals. Programming, weight loss, muscle gain, strength and conditioning, exercise coaching and competition prep.

1 hour session - £33

A one-off training session: put yourself through one of my intense programmes, focus on a muscle group, test your fitness level or get some exercise coaching.

​​

1 hour group session - £40

A maximum of 4 people, go head to head or work as a team to complete a challenging workout, or train with a friend for extra motivation.

*Currently on hold due to Coronavirus guidelines.

30 minute HIIT sessions  - £20

30 minutes of high intensity interval training. A mix of cardio and resistance designed to push yourself to the max.

The use of injury treatment techniques and electrotherapy to treat an injury and rehab it back to a stronger point than it was prior to the injury. â€‹

You should never have to live with an injury. 

 

30 minute sessions - £35

30 minutes of injury treatment or rehabilitation, following a specialised programme set out by myself appropriate to your injury.

1 hour sessions - £60

The same as the 30 minute sessions, just double the time. 
Ideal for those with chronic injuries (older than 2 weeks) that need extra attention, or rehabilitation sessions that require time and patience.

All sports therapy and sports massage sessions are conducted at the Barnes Sports Clinic in Box, where all coronavirus guidelines are adhered to and the workplace sanitised before and after each client.

sports massage

30 minute sessions - £35

30 minutes of deep tissue massage, focusing on the muscles in need of relaxing, followed by appropriate stretching and aftercare if necessary.

​

1 hour sessions - £60

The same as the 30 minute sessions, just double the time. 
Ideal for those areas that are particularly stubborn, or if there are multiple areas in need of deep tissue massage.

Just as important as the exercise and training side of a healthy lifestyle, nutrition is responsible for fuelling you through day to day life, how your body performs during exercise and will massively impact the success of your weight and strength related goals.

HOW you maintain your nutrition will determine how your body will develop, and how successful you will be at achieving your goal!

Fully tailored meal plans according to your lifestyle, tastes and habits.

Nutritional consultations specific to sports performance or weight loss.

Nutrition consultation appointments (1 hour) - £45

-Meal plan agreed together including caloric intake and clear macronutrient breakdown 

-After hours support via email or social media

-Guidance on weight loss or weight gain in conjunction with personal training sessions with me, or your own gym programme. 

-Sports supplement advice.

-Advice and support on how to maintain a lifestyle change.

Follow up review appointments (30 mins) - £20

-A review and update of your current meal plan including changes in caloric intake or macronutrient breakdown depending on goal.

-Review of weight loss or gain (depending on goal) and tweaking of the plan depending on what has been achieved.
